Im Rahmen des st\u00e4dtischen Transformationsprogramms wird weiterhin viel in Istanbul investiert. Die Grundst\u00fcckspreise sind in den letzten Jahren um bis zu 87 Prozent gestiegen und viele Unternehmen und Firmen aus den Bereichen der Forschung, Entwicklung und Produktion haben sich angesiedelt.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

So steigt auch die Popularit\u00e4t des Stadtteils Kaghitane stetig. Neben der zentralen Lage und der guten Infrastruktur ebenso wie der idealen verkehrstechnischen Anbindung zeichnet die gemischte Nutzung aus Wohnen, Handel und Industrie ein dynamisches Stadtbild. Die st\u00e4ndig wachsende und mittlerweile hohe Bev\u00f6lkerungsdichte \u2013 mit derzeit weit \u00fcber 400.000 Einwohnern \u2013 belebt das Viertel. Mitten in Kagithane liegt Nef03. Nef ist als Marke f\u00fcr ambitionierte, architektonisch wertvolle Projekte nicht nur vor Ort sondern auch international ein Begriff. Ziel dieses Projektes war es, einen Komplex zu schaffen, der alle Anforderungen an eine komfortable Kombination aus Wohnen und Arbeiten erf\u00fcllt. So besteht Nef03 aus zwei Geb\u00e4udekomplexen, die in separaten Bauabschnitten realisiert wurden. Zun\u00e4chst wurde der Wohnkomplex fertiggestellt, der heute \u00fcber moderne Wohneinheiten verschiedenster Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Ausstattungen verf\u00fcgt. Mit Bauabschnitt B wurde dann der B\u00fcrokomplex mit insgesamt 12 vollgeschossigen B\u00fcro einheiten errichtet, bei dem gleich drei Systeme aus dem Hause AKOTHERM zum Einsatz kamen.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    F\u00fcr die 3.700 m\u00b2 imposante Fassadenfl\u00e4che war das System AT 500 CC aufgrund des hochmodernen Isolationskonzeptes und seiner schmalen Ansichtsbreite von 50 mm pr\u00e4destiniert. Das System AT 500 CC ist f\u00fcr genau diese und auch gr\u00f6\u00dfere, filigrane Glasfassaden konzipiert. Durch verschiedene Pfostenund Riegelprofile k\u00f6nnen unterschiedlichste Anforderungen erf\u00fcllt werden. Die integrierten Senk-Klapp-Fenster wurden mit dem System AT 550 SK\/PA realisiert. Aufgrund der Kompatibilit\u00e4t der Systeme bei AKOTHERM k\u00f6nnen verschiedene Einsatzelemente, wie zum Beispiel T\u00fcren oder eben auch SenkKlappFenster, wunschgem\u00e4\u00df eingesetzt werden. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine Vielzahl von \u00d6ffnungsm\u00f6glichkeiten im Rahmen der Fassade. Dementsprechend wurden auch die Terrassent\u00fcren mit einem System von AKOTHERM umgesetzt: AT 730 HI-S garantiert als 3-KammerSystem absolute W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung und ist f\u00fcr alle \u00d6ffnungsarten geeignet. Hier waren insbesondere die Sicherheit durch Einbruchhemmung und die Barrierefreiheit ausschlaggebende Gesichtspunkte. Im stetig wachsenden Kaghitane wurden auch einige weitere Bauvorhaben mit Systemen von AKOTHERM realisiert, beispielsweise die beiden \u201ePlaza\u201cProjekte: Das Papirus Plaza, ein A+ B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 40.000 m\u00b2 B\u00fcrofl\u00e4che, das Ofishane Plaza bietet auf 12 Stockwerken 24 B\u00fcroeinheiten mit einer Gesamtb\u00fcrofl\u00e4che von 21.000 m\u00b2.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
