Durch ihn wird die Arbeit besonders abwechslungsreich. Es gibt die unterschiedlichsten Fragen und Probleme, zu denen man Antworten und Hilfestellungen erarbeitet. Jedenfalls ist es immer besonders sch\u00f6n zu h\u00f6ren, wenn alles funktioniert und das Gegen\u00fcber zufrieden ist.<br \/>Aber auch innerhalb des Unternehmens w\u00fcrde ich meine T\u00e4tigkeit als sehr abwechslungsreich bezeichnen. An meinem Arbeitsplatz laufen sozusagen viele F\u00e4den zusammen, er ist abteilungs\u00fcbergreifend. Auftragsabwicklung hei\u00dft eben Kontakt und enge Zusammenarbeit mit vielen Abteilungen \u2013 vom Einkauf bis zur Buchhaltung, alle sind eingebunden, alles muss koordiniert werden.<\/p><p>Red.: Warum f\u00fchlen Sie sich nach so vielen Jahren immer noch so wohl in diesem Unternehmen?<\/p><p>U.S.: Kurz gesagt macht mir die Arbeit nach wie vor Spa\u00df. Das Komplettpaket stimmt einfach: Mein Aufgabengebiet f\u00fcllt mich vollkommen aus, das allgemeine Betriebsklima ist wirklich gut und auch die Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen ist unkompliziert und weitestgehend sogar freundschaftlich. Hinzu kommt, dass ich das Unternehmen von der ersten Stunde an begleitet und viele Jahre meines Lebens hier verbracht habe. Schauen Sie mal \u2013 wir reden von mittlerweile 44 Jahren! Nat\u00fcrlich hat sich im Laufe der Zeit einiges ver\u00e4ndert, alles ist gr\u00f6\u00dfer geworden und gewachsen. Aber die Grundeinstellung, die Philosophie, ist geblieben. Das finde ich unheimlich wichtig. Ich freue mich nach wie vor und bin auch ein bisschen stolz, zu einem so tollen Team dazuzugeh\u00f6ren.<\/p><p>Red.: Vielen Dank f\u00fcr das freundliche Gespr\u00e4ch, Frau Schneider.
