Die Architektur erinnert an ein \u201ei\u201c, daher der Objektname: i-Tower. Pr\u00e4gend f\u00fcr diesen Stadtteil sind in erster Linie Hightech-Tower, in die sich der neue i-Tower \u2013 ein Klasse-A-B\u00fcroprojekt \u2013 aber nahtlos einf\u00fcgen wird. Das Fassadensystem liefert der Bendorfer Anbieter von Alumium-Profilsystemen, die Akotherm GmbH.<\/p><p>\u00dcber ein sehr gut ausgebautes Nahverkehrsnetz sind Sisli-Bomonti und der neue i-Tower problemlos via Metro zu erreichen. Die Station befindet sich direkt vor dem Geb\u00e4ude. Der i-Tower ist speziell f\u00fcr B\u00fcros von 60 bis 800 qm konzipiert und stellt im Stadtteil Sisli-Bomonti insofern eine Besonderheit dar, als dass diese Immobilie B\u00fcror\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Firmen und Dienstleister unterschiedlichster Ausrichtung unter einem Dach vereint.<\/p><p>Insgesamt stehen 206 komfortable B\u00fcros \u2013 in unterschiedlichen Raumzuschnitten und<br \/>-gr\u00f6\u00dfen bei Quadratmeterpreisen von 4.300 US$ bis zu 7.000 US$ \u2013 zur Vermietung bereit. Dazu Konferenzs\u00e4le, die bis zu 100 Personen Raum geben, sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsm\u00f6glichkeiten. Fitness-Center, Restaurants, Caf\u00e9s und Bars sorgen f\u00fcr die notwendige Balance zwischen Arbeit und Freizeit. Die technischen Daten sind durchaus bemerkenswert. Der i-Tower hat eine H\u00f6he von 110 Metern, verteilt auf 36 Stockwerke. Davon bieten sechs Stockwerke Tiefgaragenpl\u00e4tze. Die Fl\u00e4che um das Geb\u00e4ude betr\u00e4gt 14.000 qm. Bei dem rund 30 Mio. Euro teuren Bau kommen die Akotherm Fassadensysteme AT 500 F und AT 500 CS zum Einsatz. Sie pr\u00e4gen in charakteristischer Weise das Erscheinungsbild der Fassade durch ihren Wechsel zwischen klassischer Pfosten-\/Riegel-Fassade mit Deckschalen-Ansichtsbreiten von 50 mm (AT 500 F) und einer Ganzglasfassade mit minimaler Silikonfuge (AT 500 CS). In der \u2013 bereits in mehreren internationalen Projekten erfolgreich eingesetzten \u2013 Ganzglasfassade werden zudem insgesamt 200 Senkklapp-Fenster des Systems AT 550 SK verbaut sein.<\/p><p>Aufgrund des geschwungenen Fassadenbildes stellten die \u00dcberg\u00e4nge und Eckausbildungen eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Die gesamte Fassadenfl\u00e4che misst ca. 10.560 qm.<br \/>Der Zutritt zu den umlaufenden Balkonen erfolgt \u00fcber in die Fassaden eingespannte Fenstert\u00fcren der Serie AT 730 HI-S.
