Diese St\u00e4rke bietet entscheidende Vorteile im Fertigungsprozess, in der Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit der Profile und bei der Befestigung von Beschlagteilen wie Sicherheitsverschl\u00fcssen oder Sto\u00dfgriffen.<\/em><\/p><p>Nun geht AKOTHERM einen Schritt weiter: Durch die Anpassung der Fl\u00fcgelgr\u00f6\u00dfendiagramme f\u00fcr Fensterfl\u00fcgel werden die Vorteile dieser Profilwandst\u00e4rke noch deutlicher. Angeregt durch Kundenw\u00fcnsche, auch kleinere Fl\u00fcgelprofile in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Formaten abzubilden, hat AKOTHERM ein umfangreiches Pr\u00fcfprogramm gestartet. Dieses Programm \u00fcberpr\u00fcft die Leistungseigenschaften der Profile unter erh\u00f6hten Bedingungen. In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ift wurden Probek\u00f6rper entwickelt, die als Basis f\u00fcr das neue Fl\u00fcgelgr\u00f6\u00dfendiagramm dienen. Diese Probek\u00f6rper haben Dichtigkeitspr\u00fcfungen, Belastungs- und Dauerfunktionspr\u00fcfungen erfolgreich bestanden. Das Ergebnis: Die maximal zul\u00e4ssigen Formate aller drei Fl\u00fcgelgr\u00f6\u00dfen konnten erheblich vergr\u00f6\u00dfert werden.<\/p><p><strong>Ein Highlight: Der kleinste Fl\u00fcgel mit einer Ansichtsbreite von nur 27 mm kann jetzt bis zu einer Fl\u00fcgelgr\u00f6\u00dfe von 2700 mm H\u00f6he verwendet werden.<\/strong> Das bringt nicht nur wirtschaftliche Vorteile f\u00fcr Metallbauer, sondern er\u00f6ffnet auch Architekten und Planern neue Gestaltungsm\u00f6glichkeiten mit schmalen Ansichtsbreiten und gr\u00f6\u00dferem Lichteinfall. F\u00fcr die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Ausf\u00fchrung mit einer Ansichtsbreite von 58 mm wurde der Nachweis f\u00fcr ein Fensterfl\u00fcgel mit den Ma\u00dfen 1300 x 3000 mm und einem maximalen Fl\u00fcgelgewicht von 200 kg erbracht. Diese Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Gewichte waren bisher nur projektbezogen mit Einzelfallzulassungen realisierbar.<\/p><p>Ein weiterer Vorteil: Bei der Glasanbindung sind keine stabilisierenden Ma\u00dfnahmen wie das Verkleben der Scheibe erforderlich!<\/p><p>AKOTHERM bietet weiterhin zwei Ausf\u00fchrungsvarianten innerhalb der Fl\u00fcgelgr\u00f6\u00dfen an. Neben dem Standardfl\u00fcgel gibt es eine Variante mit einer um 60\u00b0 abgeschr\u00e4gten und um 10 mm zur\u00fcckgesetzten Verglasungsebene. Diese seit \u00fcber 40 Jahren bew\u00e4hrten \u201ehistorischen\u201c Profilausf\u00fchrungen bieten auch heute noch viele Vorteile: Eine schlankere Ansicht im Innenbereich, die Verwendung derselben Glasleisten wie in Festfeldern und T\u00fcrfl\u00fcgeln sowie die M\u00f6glichkeit, alle Rahmensprossen als Fl\u00fcgelsprossen einzusetzen. Die identischen Eckwinkel in den verschiedenen Fl\u00fcgelgr\u00f6\u00dfen erm\u00f6glichen eine flexible Verwendung, und alle Fl\u00fcgel k\u00f6nnen mit denselben Stanzmessern gepresst werden, was die Fertigung rationeller macht. Auch eine Stiftverbindung ist m\u00f6glich.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dieses Beispiel zeigt eindrucksvoll, wie AKOTHERM den Slogan \u201eaus der Praxis \u2013 f\u00fcr die Praxis\u201c lebt.
