Slim, intelligent and sustainable: with the new AKOTHERM ventilation flap, we are expanding our product portfolio with an innovative solution for modern façades. The ventilation flap is available immediately and, with a sash width of just 180 mm, enables natural, controlled ventilation with a slimline appearance.

It ensures a pleasant indoor climate, can be controlled manually or by motor and can be easily integrated into BUS and smart home systems. Automated night-time cooling noticeably reduces energy requirements, while concealed fittings support a calm, clear façade appearance. In addition, the narrow ventilation sash can be accentuated in color and used specifically as a modern design element, effectively combining technology and aesthetics.

Thanks to the push-free insulating bars, the function remains permanently reliable even in intense sunlight and combines technology, design and energy efficiency at a high level.
